HR Associate with European Language

Our client, a global leader in their industry, is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an HR Associate to support the EMEA HR Team. Key responsibilities: Provide HR support to affiliate markets with a focus on delivering a high level of customer service to the HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees on a range of HR processes. All HR associated Onboarding activities, including system updates Undertake New Hire inductions Monthly payroll data entry Support the annual Performance Management cycle and respond to employee queries Track Leaves of Absence in absence management tool Process Employee Terminations, and issue relevant paperwork Support management of benefits, including enrolment or termination of benefits Provide Subject Matter expertise in HR processes, policies and tools Utilize CRM technology to track and manage inquiries for reporting and analysis purposes Key requirements: An interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures Fluent in English and one or more of the following languages is essential (Spanish, Italian, French, German, Turkish).
