HEAD CHEF/SENIOR SOUS CHEF for an independent small restaurant

We are an independent mediterranean restaurant with 60 seats serving breakfast, lunch and dinner between 8am/11pm(last orders at 10pm). Italian, greek and Turkish cuisine is where our inspiration comes from. We also like to try the vast variety of the mediterranean dishes from southern France to Lebanon. If you are into the mediterranean style of cooking and have experience with it please read further as we know that kitchen does not only consist of cooking.
